RUBR-Rubber you can use it like a bubble it will inflate because of the particles inside it but it would pop depending on the capacity and the mass you have drawn,not conductive,meltable?

denied.not useful enough.try suggesting an element that has at least 5 useful uses.
i don't mean to to be mean but TPT slows down every time a new element is added so we can't just go and add random stuff.
Edit:make sure new elements aren't stick men related since no one uses them (almost no one) -
