Creation of GLOW

a few suggestions:
BASE+PSTE+PTNM, it wont break saves since it uses a catalyzer AND base is fairly new
Or, using YEST to "ferment" RSST or maybe OIL/DESL into GLOW, will require YEST growing temps of course (select either RSST, OIL, or DESL, as i cannot make up my mind)
Irraditing BASE with PROT under presence of PTNM as a catalyst, also guarenteed to not break saves -
The concept of fermentation is pretty interesting, since (right now) YEST will not grow if it's underwater. RSST is a relatively new element, so it seems to have a lower save breaking risk than fermenting OIL or DESL. However, that would be equivalent to undoing the effect of GEL, which seems kind of underpowered.

Yeah, PTNM does not glow temperature/pressure-wise; GLOW does. Also, BASE rusts PTNM. That suggestion wont work well.

Here's my proposal: Since BASE of sufficiently low concentration will not rust PTNM, BASE+PTNM can be used as a different type of cold fusion. If the pressure and temperature are high enough and the life of the BASE is 3 or less, then the BASE has a chance of being concentrated in the presence of PTNM, producing GLOW instead of BOYL. In contrast to BOYL rising from the top, GLOW will naturally sink below the BASE.
The net result is that WATR can be converted into DEUT. WATR is used to dilute the BASE so that it won't get too concentrated. This produces a stream of GLOW, which can then be mixed with more WATR to make DEUT. It's admittedly a bit finicky/underpowered, but cold fusion is already kind of underpowered as is, and an overpowered reaction is a much greater liability due to save breaking.
