Powder toy online not loading??

I go on the powder toy and click play online but it stays stuck on the loading screen forever, ive given it 2 hours to load but it still doesnt do anything. and now i cant even play because of it, what do i do?

Well I have the same problem right now, but I tried holding shift while reloading and now it works.
