Online play down?

    Just wanted to know if online play was down because i cant seem to use it. (stuck on loading screen)

    does this have something to do with 99.4/99.5?

    Yeah, this can happen sometimes, I think if it fails to download the new version. Try clearing your cache, or hard reloading the page by holding shift while you click the reload button.
