I use ICE personally, but u need some commands to set it up.

GLOW or MERC maybe? MERC increases volume with temp so it should automatically lower temp unless the new MERC becomes hotter than the actual reactor

if you want to completely remove the NEUT, use MERC wrapped in GOLD if the reactor temp doesn't reach over 1946.93F, or 1063.85C.

otherwise, using TTAN is fine.
