I was recently working on a port-over of a rather interesting weapon that I found on dA, when instead of using fray as the method of fire, I followed along with the well-posted idea of using ligh as the ammunition.
During the implementation, I realized that CRAY with LIGH had the perfect properties to create a fusion reaction as a secondary source of damage, and that the two can be easily linked together.

So, here is the result of the time spent on a new type of fusion-lightning rifle.
