do you have lowercase / uppercase in the right places? You need to make the J capital or else it won't work, also make sure the password is right too. And also, do you have any really odd characters in your password? These are replaced with '-'s, but most people use numbers and letters.

I don't know which ones it considers 'odd' actually. That may be a valid password, or maybe you would need some dashes, no idea.


Edit: Actually, it is only alpha-numeric passwords allowed. All other things are replaced with dashes. I wouldn't be surprised if you aren't even allowed to make these in the first place now.
