Tiki Turrets is an downloadable game you play online with others. I made about an hour ago.

Post copied from the Minecraft Forums:

I am making a new game called TIKI TURRETS.

Currently it is just an downloadable platformer, that connects to a server so you can play against real people in, currently you can just jump around, but soon there will be pickups and weapons to defeat the other Tiki's in fast-paced, platformer action.

Anyone intrested to discuss, get names in credits or contribute come to #cubicminer on IRC. (freenode server)

Don't have IRC? That's okay, this link has IRC : http://webchat.freenode.net/

    Skype Name: coolcat99games

    Controls:

    Arrows - Move Tiki

    F12 - Register

    1 - Change Colour.

    Rule 10

    10) Please don't advertise for other games, forums, programs or services outside of The Powder Toy here. We have enough activity dealing with just Powder Toy.

    Haha, it's okay.
    Some critique though:
Try keeping the style consistent inside the game. When the tikis are drawn out, also draw out the coin thing(In similar resolution)
The green background looks too random, is there a sky or something behind it or are they swimming in snot? Maybe draw a sky or something..
I like the world map textures.
The name text near the character would be better off aligned to center and with an outline(Black with white outline or inverse), so the name can be read in a black or white background without changing the original texture.

    Thanks.
The Tikis I borrowed from an example sprite pack I downloaded ages ago, the coins are drawen by my pixel artist, whose name I currently can't remember.

The green background, I'll get the pixel artist to do a replacement.

The block textures came with the sprite pack, and I'm contacting a minecraft modder to see if I can borrow some awesome textures.
