Very Sorry For Ban [URGENT] [HELP]

I'm very sorry for the ban, apparently I false alarmed PEc, and they said that he created the 'Melbourne' city I made. I should of not reported him, i'm very sorry. Cant believe that I reported him, then I got banned for 24 hours :O. Instead I should of let him steal my city, i'm very sorry for reporting PEc for stealing my work. But... what else am I meant to do when he steals my work? Reporting is off, so what else (other than talking, I had a bit of a talk to him too) to do when someone steals my work?

It was a mistake another moderator made while I was off on vacation. I usually handle reports, but since I was off someone else the reports piled up and someone else handled it. Anyways we can't really do anything else other than saying we're sorry.
Summary:
I was off on vacation, reports cluttered up and someone else handled it. Nothing can be done and we're sorry for the inconvenience. -

However it's kind of obvious now in hindsight due to amount of reports you made the one I was referencing was ambiguous.
You falsely reported another user, MaksProg, suggesting they copied a save when in fact they were the one who made the save. -
