It's !set vx spng 1
The x can also be a y if you want it to move up and down. The 1 can be any number based on it's speed.
The v is for velocity. -

Actually, it's !set vx spng -1 and/or !set vy spng -1 (positive 1 won't work).
(any number will work, but it has to be negative) -
