I have until 17th of June for our graduation day. After that, there's gonna be a massive party. After that I'm moving to [large city with awesome school I'm going to attend to] and leave my family behind. It's gonna be a pain. I do have a few friends there though..

My high school graduation day was around two months ago and college starts in around two weeks.

    Edit: accidentally pushed enter

I think that the kind of emotions that one would experience during these times is some kind of preparation for some kind of more extreme happenings (i.e. ..., I do not want to think of it). So, try to overcome that without doing something harsh on yourself, as it is not your fault and things like that would happen in everyone's life.

For the most part spending your time learning helps to ease any mental anguish caused by (eg. Loss of friends or fun things to do) problematic situations. Go on CNN or science daily and just read about the news. Its a great way to redirect your brain's activity so it cannot properly "connect" in a way to produce sad or negative thoughts. Read a lot too. I just wiped out a Stephen king book in two days (Under the dome) and it was an amazing book. The trick is not only to read, but to try and put yourself in the shoes of those characters and try to mentally indulge the surroundings and social connections of each character. Its amazing what can be done by just simply reading. So try those out, and I do recommend Stephen king. He is by far the best author in his genre. ( And the better you get at reading the more fun it becomes, eventually you reach my level of reading and become capable of shining off a 1,000 page book in a little less than two days.)
