An industrial facility that produces unlimited heat from a limited fuel supply. Definitely doesn't break any laws of physics.

just a suggestion but allow ambient heat and vapour could be cooled and now it closed cycle that produces heat :)

And yes that means we have undone about 10 million years of carbon capture, in less then 500 years making humanity only slightly worse then the biggest known metrorite impacts, and worse then most volcanic eruptions, exclding the ones that almost rendered earth a permently strile ball of rock and carbonic acid oceans. We are dedicated to pulling a Wall-E level event, and noone that can actually do anything actually cares, and those that care are too poor and powerless to change the situation.

If we could actually do co2 capture and wated to actuly remove it from the atmoshere storing it underground untill it becomes oil again would be the best plan(go figure).

I mean the co2 to back to o2 is perfectly doable, and is in fact done to capture the co2 from coal powerplants, they actally use alge in glass tubes in the sun to do the actual capturing with exhast bubbing thro the water and alge. But before anyone chears "I knew we could do better" the alge is used to make oil, so the co2 capture is basicly useless as a green energy plan.
