tbh just use pump isntead of neutrons, i always use pump, it's more efficient in my opinion but not as reaslistic. also, id use soem sore of wall like detector wall ut dtec is even better. and i agree with iluvcats. -

water doesnt go to the cooling tower, it just collects below and keeps heating the uran
