    The rules are fine, they aren't meant to be perfectly authoritative on every possible issue and intentionally offer leeway for staff members to decide subjectively. This, and your goal in general, is primarily text, so it gets demoted, no way to make it "legal", simple as that. You can try asking jacob1 to instead consider it to be a drawing/art, which we also have a demotion rule against but he doesn't like applying it.

    and if you don't, for future reference, the no text only rule is to prioritise more high effort saves, meaning that just pasting a small device in or quickly making some small art, build, device or whatever simply isn't gonna cut it AND it doesn't matter about style / layout, its all text in general
