i described a REAL ion engine as hyperefficient, not this, the message in the save is merely s description of an ion engine, this is just similar

Plus, shooting eletron instead of ion is overwhelmingly inefficient since eletron is too light (~1/230000 of a xenon), so it's not hyper-efficient as you claim at all. If you are going to claim it is IRL ion engine, you better give some fair point, or it would look your source is "trust me bro". In this save, what you could claim the most is "similar mechanic of an ion engine".

You said you're thinking of "the real version of an ion thruster", and you use electron instead of ion? it's not ION engine than. And, if a spacecraft shooting electron beam for propulsion, the spacecraft would be charged up with positive charge, and you couldn't produce propulsion anymore.

bestcrafter29zb: you think of the TPT version of an ion thruster, i think of the real version of an ion thruster. also, pressure/velocity generated by that only works as thrust in an atmosphere so your argument is invalid because ion thrusters are for hyperefficient space travel

do you even know what a real ion thruster does.
