Does not cool by itself, but still turns nearby water into more of itself. Super useful because it can't turn to steam above 100C, and does not freeze. Basically water without phase changes. (set the life of frzw to something insane and this will happen)

    wait! it seems to freeze for some reason, but setting it's life to 2147483647 will stop it from freezing
