That's normally how it goes, at least in spirit. A warning or somthings is rusting to dust and managment says "don't worry it will be fine, if you have any problems with it the unemployment line it that way" And then everyone dies due to a "tragic unforseeable incident" and despite the warnings given and ignored managment is never at fault, if anything it is a $5 fine with no jail time and they must do better next time.
