    I go outside at least once every 1 or 2 days a lotta people should do it..Unless you live near a P.R.C research lab.. DON'T TOUCH THE GRASS NEAR ONE IT MAY BE RADIOACTIVE.

    No, they mean *you* can delete tags on your own saves. I removed the ones I thought were garbage, but you're free to remove any you want.
