    Also I've discovered an even stranger failure-mode. Pressure seems to slowly leak out of the top when running, which triggers the sprinklers, and the pixels of LN2 for just a tiny moment actually act as a bridge between the superheated rod ports & a single exposed pixel of ceramic (at 272,184), the ceramic eventually melts and drips downwards causing the insulation to all ignite.

    I could try adding some more heat exchangers onto the bottom bit - although maybe that's a bad idea since if the molten uranium cools off too much then the lava processing stages will break. Maybe some time tomorrow I'll try making a fuel recycler... Unfortunately in vanilla PT plutonium isn't obtainable from uranium, but I could make some convoluted enrichment process using neutrons to Isotope-Z as an intermediary stage...
