sometimes PTCT can act similar to ambiant heat but in a smaller area that can be inclosed with INSL. this only works as long as you want the abient heat so that things return to room temperature -

im currently trying to build an ambient heat friendly thermonuclear reactor, and i almost lost my sanity, this thing is impossible to insulate. -
