the puppet, the tendrils/spiders in the memory conflux, neurons and inspectors are, but the memory itself, is not and most of his body is not. memory crypts is also not Bio-Mechanical (i also therorise that memory crypts is his "hard-drive" but there is no evidence to back that up) -
