Heaven's Borders (alloy) by PTuniverse
Heaven's Borders is a big shield that is made out of a hand-made alloy. It is ridiculously strong, composed out of PUMP (still not necessary, to try and repel bomb pressure), QRTZ, TTAN, SHD4 and PBCN (with tmp2(?) set to 65535 to make SHD4).

After taking a lot of time (or a beefy computer) You can get through with enough DEST or hyper-heated URAN from various methods, though DEST definitly does more full radius damage, while URAN just creeps through it lol. -
