Oddly mysterious save

Just now, I discovered a save, from 2010, that is not compatable with the current version of TPT. It claims that it's the newer version of TPT. Any explanation?

Take this with a grain of salt, but I suspect you ran into an old test account. That was likely used by the mod staff/ @Simon himself used at one point. I have no way of verifying this information, unless a moderator verifies this claim. Also there was a major TPT Crash in 2010, @Simon has recently stated i.e. in March talked about it. This caused saves to be called [No Title]. I'm wondering if this is an example of one of those saves that were effected by said crash. It's likely what @jacob1 said though, what gets me is the user never published anymore saves again.

If my memory serves me correctly that there was a major crash around Skylark's time, didn't bother to fix it. One day @Simon found the source code for TPT and that is around the summer of 2010. This thread goes into detail. https://tpt.io/.330318
