Question: When elements are infected by a virus, and soap cures it, is base supposed to completely dissolve the infected areas instead of restoring it back to its normal state?

Nope, can't happen. Unless of course it's a steam install, in which case, steam manages updates.

I noticed that there are two elements displaying as SEED: The new SEED element, as well as the old Seeds (B2/S). Would it be preferable to change the name of one of them to reduce confusion?

Also, when you use SEED in TPTMP, it will always grow differently in other people's perspective. For example, if I plant a SEED in TPTMP, it will end up growing small in my perspective; in another player's perspective, the SEED ends up growing into a giant. Do you think it is possible for the perspective problem to be fixed?

That means SEED should be a sync warning in the official v100.

Nope. Tons of elements do it, you just don't notice, on average.
