Still would reek of advertising because people could just use secondary accounts and publically favorite saves of their own; they could even make a save to have us users to check their "Author Page" just to cheat getting Front Page. This could happen single-handedly, with company, and/or vice-versa.
It's really not a good idea in general.

This would cause a handful of problems. Not just users who would use an alt/alts to favorite themselves, it would ruin the competitive nature in getting front page. Only a select few users would get front page, eventually lowering the diversity of saves; lowering the number of users. It's already low. As @Catelite said, "Think of this place as a white dwarf. It peaked 2010-2013." Not a direct quote. But this would only cause the activity to sharply decline, only to create stagnation. Ultimately killing activity.

Don't hit yourself like that; I had rejected suggestions before. Pretty much everyone had trouble with suggesting the right stuff from then to now. You are not alone in this. Just think stuff through if you really want something to be included in TPT.

Good idea in theory, but as noted, this would lead to abuse/lack of creativity, competition, and would lower the number of active users. Only a select few would be active, no need to attack yourself.

it should be so that saves that are more hand-picked get it to the AP easily and less hand-picked saves dont get to the AP easily, and aswell an opposite of hand-picking which can decrease the amount of hand-picks of the save
