    A question- how will you ever notice a counterfeit? After all, some guy could just post a save with good cards for others to stamp.

     I do actually have a cryptographically secure idea for identifying counterfeits. It does sadly involve an external server.

    Layering?Like layering a card "id" or whatever behind the card,and for many times,requiring heat display(don't melt the card),deco,element,and filt for encryption

     Instead of an ID, I'd use an HMAC.
