A new idea maybe??

We all know of By date, By vote. And FP! So what about a AP! [Author Page!] Where handpicked saves are put on one page! Imagine your in the pov of a dev, Mindin yo own day on your website you made :) then you go look on whats new! OOH! A cool save! Put it on AP! Wow! Mindin yo own day again! Saves on AP could stay around 5 days or so! Or what ever is nice :)
Maybe good idea? Maybe. Maybe bad idea? Maybe.

You can actively search for a person's saves if you type in user: Simon, you can also favorite saves.

I think the question is whether you can see saves other people favorited. If not, then the suggestion would be to add another button which is like the favorite button, but other people can see what you've favorited with that button only.

I mean it like sorta like of a player/dev page where people put saves on [but not their own]

Not really a good use. It would reek of advirtizing saves that had their chance of being viewed and voted; that's frowned upon btw.
