    it goes to something like 3000 particles before it is too compressed, and becomes e-hole

    That is a function of the game you cannot change. When 6 or more particles are in one location, it turns into BHOL. That's why this save caps at 5. The one way to bypass this is to use EHOLE, which increases the limit to 1500 but disables particle collision.
