AerospaceFan: No specific location that you can tell is a key location, you might shoot down one of the countries on a continent and get them mad at you, plus your ship is vaporized by all those things up there.

but how are you getting enough antimatter to power the terraforming of a gas giant, i made multiple and thinga said a few micrograms per year or smth, and what if such stealth ship enters right above a strategic location so if the laser fires the location is destroyed

antimatter is produced via particle accelerators, But this type of antimatter absorbs all the photons created by the annihilation, and converts some of it into more antimatter but most into heat, it glows from blackbody radiation. Also a stealth ship could get on but any weapon fire would be instantly located, and the ship and weapon would be annihilated mid flight.
