    encase the bomb in insulation and fortify the base with titanium and insulation and make sure that that floor is insulated

    Bit cheaty, but you could put the whole bomb in stasis wall, replace all in the wall with VOID, activate the stasis for just a frame and add more and more VOID each time untill it is fuctionably diffused. Then you could use the console to remove the void and then just diffuse the core with some CLNE set to cold flame

    i did it i just put a ceramic sheild around the guy and ints around the bomb and insulate around that
