Start researching spaceplanes and hybrid engines capable of serving as both jet and rocket engines,along with developing kinetic missiles capable of being dropped backwards and precisely deorbiting and over the target.Also construct algae farms on the Aroran colony capable of harvesting both terrestrial kelp and edible Aroran plantlife,and a biological center to make sure the colonists don't contract any unknown parasites
