  Start dissecting the fish and studying their biology and cellular chemistry.Send another mission to explore the deeper reefs of Arora,and give one of the astronauts a simple shoulder fired torpedo launcher in case of much larger agressive fauna,along with adding lights above their visors and researching breathable liquids to allow them to enter underwater caves

  Send a manned lander to Arora launched using the Collosus rocket.For the descent module,add advanced floatation devices,a hatch on the both sides,and powerful ascent thrusters capable of functioning in both land and sea.Give the astronauts reinforced heavy duty space suits built to withstand both the vacuum of space and hundreds of feet of water,suit propulsion systems,and machete like blades for fighting off fauna and cutting through thick plantlife
