As we have medical/herbal roots, we also begin to research bodies. We take dead or almost dead humans if we find any, and open them to research what organs are vital and what is not.

We establish a consulate of 10 people, chosen by vote and merit. They are equally split into strength, general intellect, business knowledge, and military strategem. Continue to expand and reform our military, and research gunpowder. We also begin construction on boats that can be used for cargo.

I agree to TUBA. We send a small fleet of research ships across the desert ocean in hopes of finding something. Expand our water presence in our home disc as much as possible, and attempt to establish mutual trade routes between the alliance.
