The reason I want to protect greenligian citizens is because they are mostly normal citizens, not soldiers, criminals, leaders, or psychopaths. And most furries (if thats what you count as greenligian) are no longer Greenligian, following the first and second Greenligian wars. Some have probably been citizens of other countries for a decade or so.

I don't think your missles should be able to destroy everything manmade. How does it even detect it? The AOCs work cause it breaks oxygen bonds, which can kind of make sense, but what even counts as manmade? Why wouldn't normal radiation be targeted, if "manmade radiation" is? Does it target metal? Oxygen? Hydrogen? Carbon? ????
