The best you can get is around 42% with black holes that could destroy the whole solar system. Either way you have no strategy at all, I beat you in the skirmish earlier because of my strategy (I had a weak defensive force, humiliating) in stark contrast to your brute force and nonsense.

Builderbob101: As Aeiouman, I would like to say that you cannot take energy from an atom completely efficiently. Antimatter just makes the whole thing useless, (VERY difficult to make, takes more energy in than what's put out) and other reactions aren't even close to 1% efficiency.
