    Monitor radio lines between our forces and anti-air people, if one reports of sabatoge or suddenly goes out without warning, send people to reinforce the area.

    Anyways builderbob if you promise not to bomb Okanzi and try to keep debris close to a minimum, I (aeiouman's brother) will stop shooting down your planes and missles. I'm worried that any blast/radiation can hurt our people, so don't kill us and I won't shoot down your planes.

    Any other countries that attempt to use nukes will be disarmed by all members, attempt to use diplomacy and reason. If they still refuse, disable and sabatoge their missles, invade but do not cause unnecessary deaths. Simply get rid of their nuclear weapons and form a deal with the government, then get out.

    The major world powers need to all join the treaty for it to go in effect. (I have most of them, still need you, aerospacefan, Meawgod, jansuki, and maybe Um and the Siberian Confederation to join)
