Builderbob101 "lighter and more aerodynamic and the size makes it unbalanced and to large to fire properly" tank shells are like 40 pounds each so why dont they fall to the ground, a 1.75 meter diameter projectile would have a lot of inerta therfore it would be very hard to stop and nuclear prepulsion is why a multi tone manhole cover got ejected from the earths atmosphere at 16 km/s by a nuclear explosion

anyways I'd like to start preparing to fire the rail gun when the facility is constructed, after around around 12 full hours of calculating (not in real life of course) I'd like to fire the coil gun at doomsday and watch it literally vaporize (a 600mm coil gun would basically vaporize a cruise liner, it could blow a hole straight front to back through the largest ship on earth with ease)
