    We need to put them in a proper trial first, and see if the government of QHT was behind this. Also, they could be Icelegians, Breadonians, or even Vaznians that were hired to do this by QHT.

    Find ways to make pumps more efficient, and begin pumping out water from the tunnels. Try to move it back to the filtration facilities, and make sure the water isn't poisoned or corrosive.

    Those were recon planes, and the people who saw them were civilians. Also, we can't really do much about it. So, install more drains and overflow grates in the tunnels to prevent flooding, and do similar things for the maintenance tunnels. Curve higher parts of sewers to slow down the overflow if any happens, and add places to temporarily drain water.
