  Radio lines - Make sure they are not damaged, do something like what was done with power lines. Make sure television, radio, and newspapers are not filled with foreign propaganda.

  Sewage - Continue patrol, make sure that it seems normal and that there is nothing suspicious in the sewage.

  Roads/tunnels - Create more supports, create structures that resist collapse/cave-ins, try and find any rock that is susceptible to collapse and replace it with proper material, make sure the current supports are still strong.

  Ventilation: Same opening/closing procedure as the gas, monitor air quality and content going through the ventilation using sensors as well, have backup lines that can be opened if something goes wrong, but make sure it also is not tampered with to avoid poisonings. Post guards by entrances and exits for ventilation, but also create fake entrances and exits for ventilation and put guards there as well.

  Gas - Reinforce gas pipes, teach people to identify gas leaks easier, regularly check segments of the gas lines using sensors. Clear away civilians quickly if there are any gas leaks, make a fast way to seal/unseal any pipes, make sure no one other than the proper authorized people tamper with the opening/closing of gas lines.

  Fuel: Make sure that our fuel goes unspoiled and make sure it is not tampered with.

  Electricity - Make stronger/higher resistance wires, make transformers and power plants have more security, add extra wires just in case, make backup wires that don't all rely on one thing. Supply families with generators and fuel.
