  OKZ: I (aeiouman's brother) would liken to create a 800mm railgun using nuclear power and a round similar to APFSDS that still uses explosive propellant, firing first in a blast-resistant breech and then being propelled by the railgun's electromagnets. In the round, a payload will be carried. After it reaches orbit, the fin area will be jettisoned and the main part of the projectile will adjust its orbit and release the payload once in a stable orbit.
