    If you say, "Come over to my house" a normal person and the law knows that means your specific existing address. They can't teleport you to a replica house in Andromeda and claim they followed your directions just because you didn't give them a zip code

    I explicitly wrote: "SPECIFICALLY my 90,000 square feet industrial warehouse." The word "my" is a rigid designator. It refers to a specific, singular piece of real estate that already legally belongs to you right now. By definition, that building exists at a fixed, unchangeable GPS coordinate on Earth.

    Yeah it isn't, since it isn't doing anything. The mental costs of not remembering outweigh the risks if you did remember, and actually being in the warehouse might leave you in there for days or months at a time, wandering and gaming and forgetting about your social life due to being absorbed in your computers
