An "electrical grid failure" requires an existing terrestrial power grid infrastructure. Andromeda does not have an electrical grid run by humans that can experience a "failure." By tethering the manifestation to the safety of a functioning electrical grid, the items are fundamentally forced to exist where that grid exists: Earth.

It doesn't displace anything, it's just spontaneously created on another planet. Plus, why would real estate truly have to be on Earth? And this isn't some ship of theseus thing, it's still belonging to you legally, and also I said to forget the whole teleportation thing.

Also a warehouse is real estate. By definition, real estate is permanently attached to a specific piece of land on Earth. You cannot "own your warehouse" if the warehouse has been violently ripped off its foundation, launched into orbit, or teleported to Mars. If the building is moved to space, it is no longer your existing warehouse it's a completely different structure floating in a vacuum, which violates your explicit location command.

If you say, "Come over to my house" a normal person and the law knows that means your specific existing address. They can't teleport you to a replica house in Andromeda and claim they followed your directions just because you didn't give them a zip code
