  Where did you specify the foundation was already made? I think I could have both the foundation and the building on a different planet and it would still work.

  Because your original prompt explicitly states the wish must be fulfilled "without causing any structural damage to the building," the Paw is legally and physically blocked from separating the building from its existing Earth foundation. Moving it would violate your safety parameters.

  If you own a car, the car "can be anywhere" because it is movable property. But a warehouse is structurally tied to the concrete foundation slab, which is poured directly into the bedrock of Earth. If the Paw puts the warehouse "anywhere else" (like space), it has physically ripped the building off its foundation, which structurally destroys the asset.
