(Okanzi) Continue the controlled burning of infection zones. Research the properties of the crystallized Glob. Improve the thickness and filtration power of our armored vehicles to adapt them to be less vulnerable. Create a new mech design that is capable of harvesting Glob to burn as fuel, or to process into fuel. Cover it in saws and give it mortars to shoot corrosive gas. Give it 3 60mm autocannons and 5 40mm grenade launchers, and a few flamethrowers as well. Also give it a 150mm howitzer.

Air, water, and other stuff is made by deconstructing ore and rock into its basic elements. Air will mainly be made through deconstructing silica into silicon and oxygen. There should be food synthesizers in the base, but also hydroponics to grow actual plants. (modified to use the heat from the earth to grow) There should also be an instruction manual on how to rebuild civilization, and how to make new bunkers using the current bunker. It should also be heavily lined with radiation protection.

Vaznia: Continue to put research into creating false minds based on the old project during the war. (basically, simulate an entire human brain and then edit it to do stuff) Build a few self-sustaining and self-replicating bunkers deep underground. Cooling is done by releasing heat into the nearby rock through a few long pipes, while heating uses geothermal energy from deeper pumps. Power generation is done by using the heat from the earth. Water, air, and waste are recycled.
