You can't even make a cure with basic research tech quickly for a virus like HAV or whatever as it'd take a whole year or two with basic scientific tech.

alexfinn, 10 kilotons of a cure would cost so insanely much, and cures are weakened forms of viruses and bacteria and diseases, how are you finding or making a weakened form to put in people, also every 5 years people need the vaaccine or it may become useless
