  That's really unfortunate. (I have no idea what that is) Make sure that all of our vehicles and personnel have proper chemical protection. (Modernize it to filter better, too) If all hope seems lost, get Breadonia to AOC the major area. But for now, fight and try to stop the spread. Add a few bits of modified air defense to kill fish, birds, and other bits of wildlife going in or out of the quarantine zone while we build a few coastal defenses and maybe a sea wall.

  Signal for the carrier to stay in the quarantine zone. If it does not comply, contact QHT directly to make the decision to attack or something else. Monitor the waters and marine wildlife for signs of infection. Test the effectiveness of previous viruses such as the MAV and Foon viruses in a closed testing area, to see how well they can fight the disease. Try and get a cure to block all 3 levels of cell signaling to stop the virus from getting in the body. Give all units modern mech armor.

  Assuming it's a normal virus (or at least similar to MAV) use artillery and air support to burn, explode, and gas heavily infected zones. If possible, try and capture a few infected, and put them in a heavy cage similar to what was used against the MAV. Try and intercept the QHT carrier, and arm our boats and tanks with shredding armor. (Close, interlocking and rotating plates that just shred whatever tries to climb on)

  Okanzi: Attempt to quarantine the area, giving a wide berth around the infected zone to give time to build up defenses. Use similar methods from the MAV liquidation squads. Burn it, freeze it, shoot it, explode it. Take some samples, and research them somewhere offshore. (Stay in the quarantined zone, we do not want it to spread. Any Okanzian soldiers going there will not come back until the threat is neutralized.)
