Since we are fighting underground, continue to use mining vehicles to sabatoge foundations to make the cavern ceilings collapse on the enemy. If possible, drill out smallish secret tunnels to place explosives to blow them up, and use mining tech to find air pockets and tunnels where the enemy might be. Give some individual troops smallish drills and periscopes to scout out where the enemy may be at marked tunnels.
