  Create stations of "nets" that will try and slow down, cool, and purify winds in North America to try and reduce the dust storms and remove heavy metals from the air, and establish proper soil/clay to keep the debris from blowing around. Try and make wind traps to trap water to create resevoirs of water that will retain heat and cool the continent. Attempt to purify toxic waters in the ocean and on land.

  It will accept volunteers anywhere, and liquidators will get proper, modern equipment and vehicles. Base them off of the old CV (crisis vehicle) designs and mech armor, and give them a version of reverse-engineered Breadonian anti-radiation packs to use for themselves and for survivors. (we got a few in the 1960s or so) Create a vehicle based on the anti-rad packs that can decontaminate and reduce radiation better.

  OKZ: Use funds from mining to create a large scale modernized decontamination program using various technologies from other countries and Okanzi itself. Construct various "oases", large areas that will be habitable even in wastelands. (underground cities, bunker cities, or large areas cleared of debris that will be used on restoring plants and wildlife) The international group will be under the Corruskivi group.
