    same issue, the quartz gets heated and can deflect/block penetration when alloyed with GOO or DRIC

    uranium does work, but the heating concept is counterintuitive, heated quartz (ie. from the uranium) actually becomes very pressure resistant. This is what Glazer uses in his wall!

    Yes it can, but you need a plasma base to keep everything condensed or else it just blows apart to little effect.
