    Wierd phenomena, although probably not useful in weapons unless you can combine it with similar velocity projectiles that can counter other target elements. Easily breaks through qrtz, but a thin layer of crmc stops it in its tracks. Didnt have time to write this out when i first saw it, but needless to say, +1.
